Photos: Pennies on the dollar to charity at Value Village

InvestigateWest went shopping at a Value Village in Seattle to see what we would find. Despite claims that our purchase would benefit local charities, when we did the math to compare what we paid to what one of Savers’ typical contracts with a charity partner in Washington would receive, only pennies on the dollar of our do-good purchase actually, well, did good.
