Stories From The Streets Of King County

Young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 are among the fastest–growing segments of the homeless population. Some estimate 2 million young people become homeless nationwide each year. There are about 1,000 young people on the streets in King County on any given night. InvestigateWest journalist Carol Smith, in collaboration with KUOW, takes a look at the lives of some of these young people.
